1. Introduction

Welcome to AuditEraHelp. These terms govern your access to and use of services and materials provided by AuditEraHelp at auditerahelp.com in 2025.

2. Services

Audit assistance and risk management services include advisory and support offerings designed to help organizations improve compliance processes and mitigate operational issues. All services are provided under the name AuditEraHelp.

2.1 Refunds for Services

Clients may request a refund or reschedule of service within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of service time has been delivered. To request a refund or reschedule, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method. If a service clearly specifies no eligibility for refund due to custom deliverables or immediate access to specialized support, no refund will be granted. Such no-refund terms will be highlighted at the time of purchase.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital downloads, reports, templates, and recorded webinars.

3.1 Refunds for Information Products

Customers may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of download if the product has not been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, submit a request via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. After 14 days or after any access, no refund will be granted.

4. Goods

Material goods refer to printed manuals, certificates, and other physical items.

4.1 Refunds for Goods

Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery by requesting a collection using the contact form. Items must be in original condition. Once items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. If goods are damaged due to improper handling by the client, no refund will be granted.

5. Payment Methods

AuditEraHelp accepts credit cards and bank transfers. Clients will receive an invoice with instructions upon purchase.

6. Service Changes and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule services by contacting AuditEraHelp at least 5 business days before the scheduled date via the contact form. Cancellations or changes made less than 5 business days in advance may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost.
